I began my Real Estate career with Town & Country Realtors over 22 years ago. During my interview, Jim, Rash, Broker, and I discussed what we were both looking for and it seemed to be pretty much the same thing. I was looking for a company that really wanted to help people get into homes–a company that was respected by its peers and a Broker who would be there when I needed assistance or support. The people who work for this company work together. Not every home sale is a “cookie cutter” sale–sometimes situations or obstacles come up that we haven’t had to deal with before, and it’s great knowing that I can go to the other Agents in my office and get their input. We work together when we need to and help each other out. That sort of support isn’t in every Real Estate office. I am fortunate to have a high percentage of repeat/referral clients and I sincerely feel that the atmosphere, professionalism, and community presence of our company have contributed to my success. Town & Country Realtors is locally owned; therefore, we don’t have the fees and expenses of some of the national companies.
