" I've been with Town & Country Realtors since its inception in 1992. The reason I chose Town & Country was that I had worked with Jim Rash for 5 years previously and, when he decided to form his own company in 1992, it was natural for me to move with him as I valued his fine reputation and extensive knowledge of the industry and our community. I enjoy the company's supportive atmosphere and hand-selected staff which allows me the opportunity to offer personalized customer service to my clients. Our agents' reputations meet the very highest standards in professionalism and ethics. We care about our customers and each other. I only have to ask for support in any way and I receive it immediately. Our agents and administrative staff are highly trained and knowledgeable in all areas of the market as well as in advancing technology and resources. When questions arise, Jim is there to help me find the answers and work through them. When a new agent joins the company, they receive ongoing training from the best teacher in our real estate community, Jim Rash. Agent costs at Town & Country Realtors are minimal. Your initial supplies (business cards, signs) are provided, and you pay no desk, phone or copying fees. One of our most valuable sales tools is our weekly sales meeting. Each week, agents share their experiences and advice in an informal setting. Guest speakers are often invited to share their expertise with us during these meetings. Sales meetings also give us a wonderful opportunity to ask for assistance with finding properties for our clients and to be updated on current events. "
