Town and Country Rentals, LLC owned and operated by Campbell & Lovell since 2012 works with owners and investors in the Columbia area manage their properties professionally. We love what we do. We want all owners to be satisfied with our service as we protect, manage and grow your investments.

We are a full-service Property Management and Real Estate Firm. As property management we will market your property through multiple sites. We check all applications for credit and background with no cost to the owner. All tenant communication comes through our office for payments, maintenance request, questions, etc. Disbursements to owners take place on the 1st of each month.
